This plein air painting was done on a foggy morning at Pruitt's Landing along the Arkansas Buffalo River. A couple of large sycamore trees stood majestically near the water's edge near a large bluff along this national riverway. Fog was thick and the trees and bluffs all faded away into the fog as I looked down the river. This painting also placed third at the Heart of America Art Association paint-out on the Buffalo River with artists from several neighboring states participating along with Arkansas plein air artists..
